A wife is trapped in her own home by her husband, until meeting a magical octopus tentacle that inspires her to break free. An homage to the Japanese New Wave, mainly inspired by the films of Kaneto Shindō and Hiroshi Teshigahara.

 

Completed as part of my Directing 1 final were each student had to explore the topic of being "trapped". Made during the COVID-19 pandemic.
